These terms govern use of the Orbitfolio mobile apps and associated services. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Orbitfolio.
Informational simulation only
Orbitfolio is a portfolio-simulation and market-research tool. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, financial planner, accountant, tax adviser, or law firm. Orbitfolio cannot buy, sell, route, or execute orders and does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Market, currency, chart, fundamental, dividend, translation, and news information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Independently verify information and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. Simulated performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Preview, trial, and subscription
Eligible users may first use a limited, device-bound three-day account-free preview. Creating an account begins a separate 14-day account trial. Continued access then requires an auto-renewing annual subscription. The Apple App Store or Google Play shows the applicable localized price, taxes, renewal terms, and promotional terms before purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, billing retry, and subscription management are handled under the applicable store's rules. Deleting an Orbitfolio account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel renewal separately through the store.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not probe or bypass security or access controls, scrape or overload the service, interfere with another user, introduce malicious code, or use Orbitfolio in violation of law or third-party rights. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.
External content and intellectual property
Linked articles and third-party data remain subject to their owners' terms. A browser may offer automatic page translation; availability and accuracy are controlled by that browser provider. Orbitfolio's software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the released app.
Availability and changes
Features and providers may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbitfolio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbitfolio and its operator are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
